Patrice L. Gustavson, 83, of New Milford, beloved wife of Richard G. Gustavson, Sr., died on September 7th, in Candlewood Valley Health and Rehab. She was born on August 14, 1931 in Danbury. She is the daughter of the late Lawrence J. and Evelyne D. (Donnelly) Durkin. She was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She is survived by her cherished husband, Richard; her children Francis A. DeGrosse III, Patrick R. DeGrosse, Carole Anne (DeGrosse) Brady, Lauren (DeGrosse) McIntosh, Lynn (Gustavson) Roman, Sherree (Gustavson) Wood, Richard G. Gustavson Jr., and Gail (Gustavson) Keiper; and 16 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; her brother Lawrence J. Durkin and her nieces Lisa, Brenda and Leslie. Patrice is pre-deceased by her first husband Francis A. DeGrosse, Jr., and by her sister, Mary K. (Durkin) Spinelli.
