Mr. Dennis Martin Eliason, 72, of Brookfield passed away on Saturday, June 7, 2014 at Danbury Hospital. He was the husband of Marilyn (Lyle) Eliason of 48 years. Dennis was born on March 18, 1942 in Mt. Vernon, NY, son of the late Harold Martin and Elsie (Carlson) Eliason. He was a graduate of Stamford High School and a graduate of UCONN School of Pharmacy. He enjoyed local baseball games and was an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox. His favorite things included walking on the beach, picking out his favorite restaurants, taking in musical theatre and movies. Dennis was also a member of the Danbury Men’s Club. Besides his wife Marilyn, he leaves behind a son, Thomas Martin Eliason of Danbury; a daughter, Jill and her husband Dave Potter of Brookfield; a sister-in-law Patricia and her husband Anthony Adonetti of Greenwich; and âThe Cousinsâ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
