Gene R. Minasi, 57, of New Milford, loving husband of 27 years to Debbra (Rastadt) Minasi, died at Danbury Hospital on Monday, March 18th. He was born July 30, 1955 in Mount Kisco, NY, son of the late John and Gay (Schweinfest) Minasi. Gene absolutely, loved to play music, ride his Ducati, spend time with his family and many friends. A caring, generous man that was there for everyone. The sunshine in his life was his 3 daughters, his granddaughter and music. In addition to his beloved wife, Debbra, Gene will be missed by his 3 daughters, Kimberly, Nicole and Samantha Minasi; his granddaughter Natasha Minasi-Garrison; 2 sisters, Gay Marie Hays and her husband Donald and Janice Waterbury and her husband Edward; his special cousin, Tina DelSole and her husband Robert; several adored nieces and nephews as well as his 4 dearest friends, Stuart Kimball, Michael Finch, Glenn Scanlon and Frank Wesley. He was predeceased by his brother Joseph. “Keep Playing it from the Heart!”
