Isabelle Theresa Jennings, age 86, of Bethel died peacefully at the Regional Hospice Home in Danbury. She was the wife of the late William Jennings. Isabelle was born in Danbury on February 23, 1929, a daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Paola) DeFazio. She graduated from Danbury High School; she and her husband made their home in Bethel. She was one of the first employees of Davis and Geck; she enjoyed a career spanning 39 years retiring in 1992 as a supervisor. Her favorite pastime was taking trips to Atlantic City with friends. She devoted to her family and will be greatly missed. She is survived by a brother: Bernard DeFazio and his wife, Jeanette; 2 sisters: Frances McPhee and Linda DeFazio all of Danbury; one nephew: Ben DeFazio, Jr; 5 nieces: Cynthia Duddie, Bernadette Linstrum, Beth Malarchick, Lisa Daly and Donna Cooney; and several great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother: Frank DeFazio.
