Cecelia R. Tatroe passed peacefully on March 11, 2015. She was born In Falls River, Ma to the late C. Stanley and Mary E. Perrone. She was predeceased by her husband Elmon J. Tatroe Jr. They were married for 59 years. Her survivors include her children; Geraldine Tatroe of Danbury, CT; Elmon Tatroe (Barbara) of Waverly, Iowa; Timothy Tatroe (Lisa) of Danbury, CT; Brian Tatroe of Gaylordsville, CT; Michael Tatroe (Beth) of New Milford, CT. Grandchildren; Dina Quinn (Ciaran), Louis Persico (Laurie Ann), Danielle Conti (Joel), Kristen Tatroe, Todd Tatroe (Jen), Adam Tatroe (Carrie), Randy Tatroe (Kayla), Brian Tatroe, Sarah Tatroe and 11 great-grandchildren and several sisters and brothers and their families. Cecelia lived with her family in Stamford, Danbury and most recently in Brookfield, CT. She was a parishioner of St. Marguerite Bourgeois Church in Brookfield where she and her husband Elmon served as ushers and greeters. She will be remembered for her amazing Christmas cookies and generous spirit. The family would like to thank the staff of the Village at Brookfield Commons for their expert care and compassion for Cecelia during her time there. We would also like to thank Regional Hospice for making Cecelia comfortable during her final days. You have all done more than you know to ease the minds of our family during this difficult time.
