Michael A. Bernfeld age 59 passed away after a long illness on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at Danbury hospital. He was the son of Terry Bernfeld and the late Louis Bernfeld. He was born in Brooklyn, NY on November 3, 1953. He was married to his wife Kathleen (Ginty) for 23 years.
He graduated from Miami Killian High School and the University of South Florida with a degree in Communications. He worked as an estimator for Rings End, Inc. in Wilton, Ct.
Michael loved music, photography, traveling and hiking, especially with his beloved dog, Jake.
In addition to his wife Kathleen (Ginty) Bernfeld and his mother; he is also survived by his brother, Jerry Bernfeld and his wife Linda of Merritt Island, Fl; his brother-in-law, Richard Ginty of Danbury, and his 3 nephews Kevin, Brian and Sean.
